When choosing to purchase from us a contract is created between us the ‘supplier’ and you the ‘purchaser’, the technical steps in this contract creation are as follows:
You select products that you wish to purchase and place them into the shopping basket.
You click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and are guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple screens.
Before placing your order, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. This means you are signing a contract with us and confirm that you have read, understood and agree to being bound by all of the clauses within these Terms & Conditions without exception.
An order is placed by pressing the ‘Confirm Order’ button at the end of the checkout process.
At this point we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the order specifics. Please check the details you have given us, especially your delivery address, and inform us immediately of any mistakes. Once your order has been processed, we cannot change your deliver address if you have made a mistake.
All orders are subject to processing and packing times at our logistics partners. We can take no responsibility for delays outside our control, which are the fault of our logistics partners. Please note, free items can take up to 28 working days to be processed.
In the rare event of extreme weather conditions, Force Majeure, or any other occurrences which cannot be anticipated and are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee those delivery schedules described herewith.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions.
In the rare event we have insufficient stocks to fulfill your order we will notify you by phone or email to advise you of an anticipated lead time. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but not limited to, one of the following:

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
You providing an incomplete delivery address.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in this section.

You not paying the correct P&P.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders which consist solely of heavily discounted items are not subject to our usual delivery schedules. You should allow at least 10 days for these items to arrive.
e-cheques: We require immediate payment for an order. Unfortunately, due to the length of time these take to process by your financial provider & PayPal we can no longer accept payment via this method.
Please Note: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you understand it is entirely your responsibility to provide us with a full and accurate delivery address, written entirely in English. You agree it is your responsibility to check the accuracy of all information provided before completing your order. You understand it is entirely your responsibility should an order disappear, or be returned to us, because you have submitted an incorrect or incomplete address or have written the recipients name or any part of the address in a language which is indecipherable to an English-speaking delivery person when placing your order. You agree to absolve us of all responsibility for any lost or returned orders because of your inaccuracies. In the case of a lost order, you will need to re-submit your order and pay for the item(s) plus P&P. You agree to meet the full cost of returning items via a traceable deliver method. We can only reimburse this cost for items which are faulty or have been sent to you in error.
For the return of faulty goods, or goods sent in error, we will provide you with a free Returns Label. This label is valid for 7 days from date of issue. You must use this label before the deadline ends. If you cannot meet this deadline, you must inform us as soon as possible before the Returns Label becomes invalid. Failure to do so, means you will need to pay the returns cost yourself via a trackable delivery method.
You agree to absolve us of all responsibility for any lost returned items because of your failure to comply with the above conditions.
Returning Unwanted Items
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted items, or inform us of your wish to return items (apart from excluded items as described here Delivery & Returns). Free items are subject to different delivery schedules to items which have been paid for in full. We endeavour to deliver free items within 10 working days; however, delivery of free items can take up to 28 working days. Free items are not sent via a trackable delivery method, they are sent via normal Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

Please Note: Free Items do not come in expensive packaging, they will arrive in the same way we receive them from the manufacturer. Neither will they come with any branding, which often requires us to pay an expensive royalty fee to the brand concerned.
Therefore, if you require a packaged item to give as a gift, we strongly advise you to purchase one of our velvet jewellery pouches to avoid disappointment. These can be purchased here JEWELLERY POUCH

Caring for Plated Jewellery
Items of “plated” jewellery are coated in a thin layer of precious metal. To decrease the chances of wearing this out, here are easy tips on keeping the luster of your plated jewellery. As it is a very thin layer of precious metal, extra care must be taken to maximize its lifespan and prevent damage.
- Do not spray on perfume or other sprays while wearing your plated jewellery. Wear your jewellery after you have sprayed on your favourite perfume so that chemicals in the spray or perfume do not interact with your jewellery’s metal.
- Wait until your lotion or cream is dry or has been absorbed by your skin before you wear your plated jewellery.
- Substances like oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, chlorine, perfume and the like may react with metal/plated jewellery and will cause it to tarnish or can remove the plating. This also goes for sweat, so make sure you don’t forget to remove your plated jewellery when you exercise or anything that would require heavy physical work.
- Never wear plated jewellery whilst doing the washing-up; doing hand-laundry; in the shower or bath.
- Never wear plated jewellery whilst swimming.
- Never wear plated jewellery in a sauna, steam-room or jacuzzi.
- Never wear items of plated jewellery whilst sleeping.
- After every use, clean your plated jewellery with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired.
- If your jewellery needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, very slightly soapy water. Stay away from jewellery cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your plated jewellery tarnish more quickly and may also remove the plated surface.
- To avoid scratches, wrap your jewellery in a soft cloth after cleaning or keep it in a jewellery box separate from other types of jewellery you have.
- Acidic diaphoresis excretors: with individuals who excrete acidic sweat, a rapid breakdown of any plating compounds may occur. Furthermore acidic sweat may also cause compounds within plated, sterling silver and non-solid precious metals to tarnish and stain the skin. We would strongly advise acidic diaphoresis excretors not to wear items of jewellery plated in precious metals.
Failure to adhere to the above instructions will void any guarantees or warranties.
Health & Safety
Pierced Jewellery: by its very nature, can be dangerous, and we advise you to use extreme caution when inserting, removing and wearing pierced jewellery. Items of pierced jewellery should always be removed before going to sleep.
You agree to absolve us of any responsibility of injury incurred as a result of our products. We strongly advise you to practice extreme care when using any items of pierced jewellery. Items of pierced jewellery should NEVER BE WORN WORN WHILST ASLEEP. CHILDREN SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITH, OR WEAR ITEMS OF PIERCED JEWELLERY. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that due to UK Health & Safety regulations, all pierced jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Choking Hazards: Many of our products come with small parts, which over time may become detached, this could result in the detached piece being swallowed and result in a choking hazard. We strongly recommend that you take good care of your items, so as to avoid loose parts. You agree to absolve us of any responsibility of harm arising from detached or other small parts, which may be viewed as choking hazards.
Necklaces: by their very nature, necklaces can become caught on foreign bodies and result in injury. We strongly advise you to take extreme caution whilst wearing a necklace, and you agree to absolve us of any responsibility of injury arising from wearing one of our products.
Bracelets/Bangles: these items can snag or get caught on foreign bodies, which could result in injury. We strongly advise you to take extreme care when wearing one of these items. You agree to absolve us of any responsibility of injury arising from wearing one of our products.
Children: None of our products are suitable for children. Children should not be allowed to wear or play with any of the items we sell. You agree to absolve us of any responsibility of injury to a child which has been caused by one of our products. We strongly advise you to keep any items which could cause a choking hazard or injury away from children.
Allergic Reaction: We endeavour to manufacture our products from allergy-free materials. However, due to the extremely varied and complex nature of allergens, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergy-free for everybody. If you have any history of allergies, we strongly recommend that you only purchase items which are made from solid precious metals. We would strongly advise against anyone with a history of allergies of any kind from inserting pierced items made from plated base metals into their body. The plating on such items may become worn over time, resulting in the base metal being exposed and increased risk of allergic reaction. In rare cases, where an individual excretes acidic diaphoresis, a rapid breakdown of any plating compounds may occur, resulting in higher rates of allergic reaction.
Furthermore, acidic diaphoresis may also cause compounds within plated, sterling silver and even gold to tarnish and stain the skin; for example: green is common with gold, and black staining is common with silver. We would strongly advise acidic diaphoresis excretors to only wear stainless steel or solid platinum jewellery, as silver, gold, palladium and titanium can cause an allergic reaction in these people.
Nickel Intolerance: none of our jewellery contains nickel. However, we would strongly advise against those with a nickel intolerance from wearing jewellery containing palladium. Recent research has shown that a tiny proportion of people who suffer from nickel intolernace may experience a similar reaction to palladium.
In the unlikely event you develop an allergic reaction to one of our products, you agree to absolve us of any responsibility for this reaction.
